绿色建筑设计优化相关问题思考

摘要

Green building design optimization is the key to realize building energy efficiency. But in the process of building design, there is also some disconnect problems between design and simulative opti-mization, and even a lot of new technology mixing together. Present situation of green building design opti-mization in China was analyzed, and keys for phenomenon above were considered. Three issues were raised at last for figuring out problems. Firstly, there should be one clear target; secondly, design optimization is baffling by current building industry development model; at last, clearly design optimization process should be determinated.%绿色建筑设计优化是实现绿色建筑的关键。但是目前绿色建筑设计中，存在设计过程与模拟优化脱节的问题，技术堆砌现象严重。分析了我国绿色建筑设计优化的现状和问题，对绿色建筑设计优化关键问题进行了思考，提出要解决脱节现象需要注意的3个问题：明确绿色建筑的性能优化的目标、目前，建筑行业的运作模式阻碍设计优化，以及需要有明确的绿色建筑设计优化流程。
