基于城市更新的RBD建设思考——以杭州武林女装街地块城市设计为例

How to preserve characteristic,history and collective memory of the City in the construction of Recreational Business District (RBD), is of great importance.Wuling Suit-dress Block is the old city district.This paper analyzes the current situation and existing problems of its road network ,land use and current state of Suit-dress commerce. It plans the Suit-dress RBD through the methods and ideas of urban design such as synthesizing urban functions,Improving living-environment,planning commercialgarden pedestrian street and constructing the Green-core landscape. Expecting to provide experiences and enlightenment to RBD construction.%如何在城市RBD建设的过程中体现城市特色与记忆是值得重视的问题.杭州武林女装街地块是城市老城区,该文分析了其道路交通、用地条件、女装商业的现状与问题,在此基础上,通过复合城市功能、优化交通条件、整治居住环境、打造花园式步行街区、塑造都市绿核景观等城市设计思路,打造具有女装特色的商业游憩区,期冀为RBD的建设提供案例启示.
