大城市低收入阶层住区空间分布研究——以武汉市为例

摘要

随着城市化快速发展,城市用地不断扩张,城市低收入居住空间的不平衡发展问题越来越突出.通过对武汉市低收入阶层住区的类型、空间分布特征及存在问题进行分析,并结合大规模实地调查,深入了解低收入阶层在选择住房区位过程中的特点和需求,为大城市低收入阶层住区空间发展优化提供对策.%Along with the urbanization and urban land expansion, unbalance development problem of city low-income residential space is becoming more and more serious, Through the case study of Wuhan, the types and distribution characteristics of low-income residential area are analyzed,the problems about low-income distribution are discussed. On the basis of large scale survey, the paper discusses the characteristic and request for the choice of the low-income housing location, it provides recommendations to optimize the spatial distribution and development.
