The article is based on a series of research results on the organization of city sound spaces, establishes a new software, which can optimize and diagnose the organization of city sound spaces, and corresponding city sound space database, people can analyze intelligently the rationality of an organization of city sound spaces and master the interaction between neighboring sound spaces. Furthermore, acoustician can provide sound-planning services to architect according to different design levels of a project. This new pattern can involve sound-planning in project design very well. On the one hand, it facilitates the cooperation between acoustician and architect. On the other hand, it helps to create high quality sound environment of the project.%该文基于对城市声音空间组合关系的研究成果,建立了城市声音空间组合诊断寻优软件及其城市声音空间数据库,通过智能分析项目涉及声音空间的组合方式及相邻声音空间的相互影响,为建设项目提供分阶段声音规划服务.通过这种城市声学参与项目设计规划的模式,一方面能促进城市声学家与建筑师之间都沟通配合；另一方面能为项目营造高质量声音环境带来实质性帮助.
