住区商业街的7种空间模式初探

Commercial street in community which has inherited the traditional function in supporting business is wildly used in huge communities . This article briefly analyses community commerce from its prospect and characteristics. To relieve the problem of ignoring the urban space nature, it generalizes several space modes of commercial street, which is helpful for keeping balance with urban spaces and community commerce in resident, and suggests the commercial street planning in communities.%住区商业街,继承了传统居住区商业配套功能,在城市大型住区中应用十分普遍.该文针对住区商业街在“住区内部城市空间”属性这一问题上的缺失,通过调研、分析,归纳总结了7种住区商业街的空间模式.希望能为住区商业街的规划设计,提出一些建议.
