旅游开发作为民族村镇保护与发展的一种手段,受到越来越多的关注.在制定和编制民族村镇发展规划的过程中,旅游开发往往作为主导策略被放在主要位置加以阐述.似乎已形成民族村镇要发展必须要发展旅游的思维定式,传统民族村镇必须把旅游业作为支柱产业来发展的思路.该文提出民族村镇旅游开发应基于民族村镇自身特点,分析旅游开发与民族村镇发展的关系,指出民族村镇的旅游开发必须走和谐发展道路,并提出相应的解决策略.%As means of ethnic minority village protection and preservation tourism development has gained more and more attention. As a main strategy, it is always primarily elaborated in the development planning design of ethnic minority villages and towns. It seems to be a stereotype that the development ethnic minority village depends on the tourism development has been formed. And the tourism comes into the pillar industry of the traditional ethnic minority village apparently. In this paper, the opinion that the tourism development of ethnic minority villages and towns should be based on its own characteristics is proposed, the relationship between the tourism development and the town development is analyzed, the idea that the national rural tourism of the ethnic minority village should be developed in harmonious way is pointed out, and the corresponding solutions is proposed.
