In order to achieve the purpose of promoting the development of regional economic,adjusting the structure of urban space,urban decision-makers who are engaged in urban development strategies would likely launch a project or policy that has a significant influence.To describe it briefly,we have a word in Chemistry that named "Catalyst".From the concept of catalyst and the connotation of city development environment,the article stated the necessity of introducing the concept,combining the conceptual design of executive office building,mainly focused on how the project to highlight the city's identity,in which way the layout of the buildings will rise up the value of surrounding elements,the meaning of create an actively shared space,how to make public engage in the space and in which way a "multicore" of catalysis runs to explain the strategic design of the catalyst as well as expected operation.%城市决策者们在制定城市发展战略时常采取启动某个具有较强影响力的项目或是政策以达到促进区域经济发展、调整城市空间结构之目的.在化学上有一个与之有着“异曲同工”之妙的概念,即触媒.行政建筑的兴建被认为是改造城市、带动区域发展的绝佳机会,“触媒”这个借代用在它身上再合适不过.文章结合南昌市行政综合办公楼概念性方案的设计,从触媒的概念、城市发展环境内涵介绍了触媒引入的必要性,重点从项目彰显城市的自明性、建筑布局提升周边元素价值、积极营造共享空间、增强公众的参与度以及“复核”的触媒反应等5个方面阐述了触媒的策略性设计以及其预期运作.
