随着中国走向老龄化社会,养老建筑已经成为设计研究的的热点.2017年"台达杯国际太阳能建筑设计及竞赛"获奖作品《藤·廊》,根据西安地区气候特征和当下老年人的活动规律,充分利用当地太阳能资源,从设计背景,规划理念,设计策略以及技术组成等方面考虑"阳光+养老"全天候的设计模式,形成了室外自然环境、室内阳光长廊和地下温泉资源"三位一体"的协同设计方案,为以后的西北地区养老建筑提供设计参考.%Aged care architecture has become a hot spot of design and research as China is going to an aging society. The works of"Vine and Corridor", which is the award-winning production of the Delta International Solar Building Design Competition 2017, makes good use of the solar energy resource and considers "Sun + Pension" design schema in the terms of the design background, the planning concept, the design strategy and the technical composition. All-weather design mode of "Sunshine + Pension", it is contributed by a combined design which the outdoor natural environment, the indoor sunshine gallery and the underground hot spring resources become a trinity. It is on the basis of the local climatic characteristics in Xi'an and the activity routines and provides a reference for the future old-age buildings in the northwest.
