城市空间存量优化发展研究评述

摘要

随着土地资源的日趋短缺,城市空间发展正从"增量扩张"向加强"存量挖潜"转型,存量优化是实现城市可持续发展的重要途径.该文从存量土地集约利用模式与评价模型探索、促进土地优化利用的政策引导以及城市空间功能的更新转型三个方面对国内外相关研究进展情况进行了梳理评析.%Along with the increasing shortage of land resources, urban spatial development is transforming from the incremental expansion to the inventory optimization and the inventory optimization is an important way to realize the sustainable development of cities. This article reviews the related research progress at home and abroad from the three aspects of the land intensive utilization pattern and evaluation model, policy guidance of promoting the optimization of land use and the update transformation of the urban space functions.
