Seth Riggs is a famous American pop vocal educator, founded the pop vocal music training method, Speech Level Singing has trained numerous famous singer singing method, obtained the general recognition of the popular Singing group. In this paper, the two aspects of its pop vocal training method, three stages in detail. In addition, this paper made summary analysis of the training method of the core ideas and technology, aesthetic pursuit, the overall characteristics and some shortcomings.%赛斯·瑞格斯是美国著名流行声乐教育家，其创立的流行声乐训练法——说话式演唱法培养了众多著名歌星，得到了流行声乐界的普遍认可。本文对赛斯·瑞格斯流行声乐训练法中的两个环节、三个阶段进行详细阐释。另外，对其训练法的核心理念与技术、技术审美追求、整体特点以及不足之处等方面进行总结分析。
