Yemenite traditional architectures are treasures worthy of research and development. This article will, while investigating the features and building technology of both traditional and modern architecture in Sana'a, explore the feasibility of employing techniques of traditional architectures into the modern ones. It will be presented in a way of computer simulation via Ecotect Program. This theme of this research will be focused on the features of traditional architecture technology and local building materials, thereby enhancing the thermal properties and reducing the energy consumption in architectures. The best way of application of these architectural technology has been worked out to strengthen the service cycle and continuity of architectures. This research will put forward some design criterion for future architectures.
