演化中的传承--地域性住宅的类型学解读

摘要

受到批判地域主义影响，各地建筑师开始探索本土建筑的地域性设计方法。在国内现代住宅扩张和地域性住宅流行的双重背景下，结合建筑类型学思想，着重探讨发展地域性住宅的理论意义和实践意义，并以类型学的角度剖析地域性住宅对延续城市文脉的作用。同时对地域性住宅发展过程中的不足以及矛盾作出反思，提出解决其问题的建议与方法。%Because of influence of critical regionalism, architects throughout China begin to explore regional design of local buildings. Under the background where modern housings expand and regional housings get popular at home, the exploration focuses on regional housing theoretical and practical signiifcances, and the effects of regional housings on keeping urban cultural traditions from the perspective of typology according to the building typology thought. At the same time, the shortages and contradictions occurring during regional housing development are reflected, and the suggestions and methods for solving the issues are raised.
