摘要

The "filieres d'appellation d'origine" (controlled denomination products supply chains) all have a similar legal foundation and rely on the same notion of products possessing specific qualities that are related to territory. However, they are not a homogeneous group. This paper contributes to the understanding of the economic diversity of these supply chains by analyzing their organisation.
