文章选取无锡锡山区部分乡镇作案例研究，分析了乡镇拆迁安置房小区物业管理存在的主要问题，提出了相关的参考对策。%This paper select wuxi xishan district part of the town as a case study, analyses the rural resettlement housing residential property management the main problems, put forward the relevant countermeasures for reference.
