Embodiments of the invention relate to aviation and can be used in designing aircrafts and transport and load-carrying means. To obtain technical result aimed at reducing power losses in designing and changing of vector driving, aerodynamic and resultant force, comprising a lifting force as a component, the device for creating lifting force comprises tubular-shaped body, airblowers, wings having an aerodynamic profile in cross-section, oriented by front edge towards discharge of working medium from an airblower, regulating units for a wing, guiding apparatuses, each of them is mounted before the front edge of each wing, a system for maintaining the required medium working temperature, a unit for communicating with external medium. According to the invention in the first embodiment the tubular-shaped body has a torus view, in the second embodiment - shaped as closed volume loop, in the third embodiment - cylindrical shape; wherein each embodiment is provided with appropriate distinctive units guaranteeing the result of the claimed invention.
