Objective To explore the control effect of nursing management in operating room on nosocomial infection.Methods 314 patients who had surgery in our hospital in 2013 were selected as control group, and 338 patients who had surgery in our hospital in 2014 were selected as observation group. Since January 1st, 2014, nursing management was adopted in the operating room in our hospital, and postoperative infection rate, quality of care and patient satisfaction regarding the medical services of nurses were compared between the patients of two groups.Results There were in 12 cases (3.82%) of nosocomial infection in control group and 3 cases (0.89%) in observation group, and the difference is statistically significant (P<0.05); score of nursing safety, operating room management, form-filling and nursing in ward of the observation group were significantly higher than these in the control group, and the difference is statistically significant (P<0.05); satisfaction rate of nurse-patient communication, nursing practice, the environment of ward and nursing attitude in observation group was significantly higher than that in control group, and the difference is statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion Hospital operating room management model is conducive to the control of nosocomial infection, improvement of the hospital nursing service quality and patient satisfaction for care, and establishment of sound hospital environment for medical services, thus it is worthy of clinical application.%目的 探讨医院手术室护理管理模式对院内感染的控制效果.方法 选择2013年在本院手术的314例患者作为对照组,2014年手术的338例患者作为观察组,2014年1月起对本院手术室采取护理管理模式,比较两组患者术后感染率、护理质量以及患者对护理的满意程度.结果 对照组患者发生医院感染12例、医院感染发生率3.82%,观察组患者发生医院感染3例、医院感染发生率0.89%,两组比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者护理安全、手术室管理、表格填写以及病房护理评分均显著高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者对护患沟通、护理操作、病房环境以及护理态度的满意率均显著高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论 医院手术室管理模式有利于院内感染的控制,能够显著提高医院护理服务质量以及患者对护理的满意度,有利于医院良好就医环境的建立,值得临床推广运用.
