规范医疗事故责任人处置的做法与体会

摘要

做法2006年制定并实施了<某军医大学医疗事故责任人处理暂行规定>.1.广泛调研,分析制定<规定>的必要性;2.多方求证,确保<规定>内容的科学性;3.深入调研,论证实施<规定>的可行性;4.统一认识,确保执行<规定>的严肃性.效果医务人员的责任意识、医疗安全意识、自我保护意识不断提高,遵守法规、制度的自觉性普遍增强,医疗事故的发生率和医疗信访频次逐年下降.体会1.领导要下得了决心;2.机关要拿得出办法;3.专家要放得下架子;4.医务人员要密切配合.%Methods In 2006, Temporary Regulations of Handling Medical Malpractice (Second Military Medical University (TRHMM - SMMU) was developed and implemented. 1. A systematic survey was conducted to analysis the necessity of TRHMM - SMMU. 2. Evidence from all aspects was collected to assure the scientific. 3.An in - depth survey was conducted to explore the feasibility. 4. An education program was conducted to assure the seriousness. Results: The awareness of responsibility, medical safety and self - protection of medical staff increased. The consciousness of follow regulations and principles was improved. The incidence of medical malpractice and medical complain/dispute decreased. Conclnsion:The following factors helped to facilitate the standard procedure to handle medical malpractice responsibility: 1. leader's determination, 2. executive to provide methods, 3.medical professors' helps, 4. medical staff's cooperation.
