以强制医疗保险为主的医疗纠纷保障模式探讨

本文通过分析当前我国医疗纠纷赔偿机制的现状并指出存在的主要不足,提出建立以强制医疗保险为主的综合医疗风险保障模式,构建我国医疗损害赔偿风险社会化分担体系,并简要说明其主要优势.%The current situation of compensation for medical dispute was discussed and the mainly deficiencies were analyzed, and then a integrated risk share models was proposed to be established for medical service, so as the system could be constructed of socialized responsibility for compensation of risk for medical injury. Additionally , the main advantages were explained of the model.
