Non -psychopathic patients with anxiety , depression and personality disorder tend to cause medical disputes in clinic , who with paranoid and antisocial type of personality disorder more easily tend to cause violence against doctors .Attending physician should pay more attention to the communication skills and humanistic concern to patients with psychological problems , according to whose psychological status to choose different kinds of treatment options such as crisis monitoring , intervention , psychological consultation , referral to prevent severe med-ical disputes .%临床上非精神科患者出现焦虑、抑郁、人格障碍时容易引发医疗纠纷，其中偏执型人格和反社会型人格易发生极端、暴力行为，主诊医师应在注重医患沟通技巧和人文关怀的同时，对患者的心理状况做出准确评估，视情况给予心理危机干预、常态监测、心理咨询或药物治疗，必要时转介至精神科施以专科规范化治疗，有效防范重大医疗纠纷。
