综合性门诊医疗服务平台建设思考

The author analyzed the limitations of the outpatients from the aspects as patient number, outpatient settings, diagnosis of disease, patient demands and national policy - oriented, and then proposed to set u a comprehensive outpatient service platform to cover the multi - disciplinary, multi - function, with which we can promote the development of outpatient services more scientifically.%本文以某三甲医院门诊医疗服务为切入点,从门诊流量、门诊设置、疑难病诊断、患者需求和国家政策导向五个方面,剖析现阶段门诊服务所存在的局限与弊端.探索通过建设多层面、多学科、多功能的综合性门诊医疗平台,实现门诊医疗服务人性化、科学化发展,并推进医院现代医学模式转变.
