Objectives To find influence factors of average length of stay and provide references for scientific and quantified management. Methods The gray correlation analysis was applied to analyzed the average length of stay and its influencing factors of one hospital between 2002 and 2012. Results 9 factors correlated with it, according to the correlation intensity, 9 factors were found, which in turn was the highest in curative rate, discharged from the total number of beds, the rescue success rate, utilization rate of beds, mortality rate, sickbed turnover number, hospitalized number, the number of surgeries, the number of inside -hospital infection. Conclusion It is convenient to use the grey correlation analysis in researching the influence factor of average length of stay, and the results can provide a reasonable reference for hospital administration.%目的了解住院患者平均住院日的主要影响因素,为医院管理者进行科学化、定量化的管理提供参考依据.方法 采用灰色关联分析法,结合Excel 2003对某院2002-2012年住院患者平均住院日及其影响因素进行关联分析.结果 影响平均住院日的因素根据其关联强度依次为治愈好转率、病床周转次数、抢救成功率、床位使用率、病死率、实际占床总天数、收容人次、手术总例数、院内感染例数.结论 用灰色关联分析法分析住院患者平均住院日影响因素,结果可靠,简单易行,为医院管理者合理控制平均住院日提供依据.
