军地继续医学教育学分认证衔接的可行性探索

摘要

Objective Aiming at the different standards on Continuing medical education (CME) credits management between military hospital and local , integrating and optimizing the related management regulation of hos -pital according to military and local related management documents , so as to provides evidence for the feasibility of connecting military and local CME credits management .Method A comprehensive analysis on present situation of military and local CME credits management was conducted .According to the military related documents , to integrate and optimize the hospital -level credit management guidance documents , and to normalize the refereeing credit stand -ard at all levels.Result After optimization and integration , hospital -level credit management guidance document is strong in operation and pertinence .Conclusion The top -level design of military hospital CME credit management is necessary, and is important to the document published .We should establish the mechanism of civil -military infor-mation sharing of CME credit , and promote the integration development of military hospital CME credit management .
