阐述流程管理理论，探讨在医院继续医学教育项目管理实践中应用流程管理，促进CME项目管理的标准化、规范化，达到管理过程的高效、有序、高质。%The theory of process management was summarized .And the application of process management in continuing medical education ( CME) project was discussed in details , with which to improve the normalization and standardization of CME project , and achieve an organized management process with high quality and effectiveness .
