军队师职干部住院一卡通试点探索

摘要

长海医院作为军队师职干部住院一卡通试点单位，坚决落实总部指示精神，聚焦“能打仗、打胜仗”，以保障官兵健康为第一要务，认真按照“塑造一个品牌、搭建两个平台、打造三个团队、创新四个机制、实现五个满意”的思路狠抓落实，取得明显成效，摸索了有益经验。%As a pilot unit to carry out the one -card solution of division commanders admitted to the hospi-tal, some measures were taken to ensure this work to be implemented smoothly as following:studying the spirits of the headquarters as “be able to fight and win the war”, setting the work to improve the health situation of the sol-diers as the most important tasks , focusing on the work as “shaping a brand , setting up two service platforms , building up three service teams , innovating four service mechanisms to achieve the satisfaction of five kinds of peo-ple”.These efforts have achieved obvious effects .
