武警部队卫勤保障引用美陆军“医疗部队兵力池”理念的思考

The article introduced the background, component, operation mechanism and characteristics of the US Army's Medical Force Pool.Based on current health service mode, the armed police forces could build a civil -military integration health service mode to produce the system advantage of “dual leadership and double pro-tection”, achieve rapid response and improve the efficiency of health service in multiple tasks.%本文介绍美陆军“医疗部队兵力池”的形成背景、力量组成、运行机制和特点。在武警部队现有卫勤保障模式的基础上，引入美陆军“医疗部队兵力池”理念，发挥“双重领导，双重保障”的体制优势，实现伴随保障快速反应，形成警军地融合式卫勤保障的新模式，以提高遂行多样化任务中卫勤保障效能。
