预选卫生士官学员多维生活满意度分析

摘要

Objective To investigate life satisfaction of the second batch of pre-selected medical non-commissioned officer trainees in one military college, so as to collect the epidemiological survey data for promoting and safeguarding its education.Methods Participants were involved in a cross-sectional study.They completed questionnaires which were based on the standard of“Multidimensional Students Life Satisfaction Scale”( MSLSS) . Conclusion The effort in promoting these trainees'education done by this military college proves to be effective by our investigation and analysis.Moreover, the research will provide scientific evidences for the formulation of a more practical training project.%目的：调查分析某军校第二批预选卫生士官学员的多维生活满意度，为推进和保障预选卫生士官教育提供流行病学调查数据的支持。方法采用横断面调查的方法，应用“多维学生生活满意度量表（ MSLSS）”对某军校第二批预选卫生士官学员进行流行病学调查研究。结论通过对某军校第二批预选卫生士官学员生活满意度的分析，肯定该所军校在卫生士官培训方面做出的努力。此外，为制定和完善培训方案提供科学的参考依据。
