在新军事变革和新武器装备快速发展的背景下，必须改革飞行人员健康管理模式，提高飞行人员健康水平。某医院在研究、跟踪现代健康管理新理念、新技术和新方法的基础上，创新飞行人员健康管理模式，提出“三全一化”健康管理模式，即飞行人员全维度、全时段、全要素和信息化健康管理，为特种作战人员健康管理提供借鉴。%To innovate health management mode about flying personnel and to improve their health status have been the trend under the background of rapid development with new military revolution and new weapons .The study was carried out on the basis of taking the practice of certain hospital for reference , which tried their best to do a serious study, to track the latest idea, technology and methods ,such being the case, the flight crew health man-agement mode was innovated, a new mode of three aspects with one informatization was put forward , including full dimensions, full -time, full -elements and informatization.The practice and experience of the certain hospital could provide guidance for special operations personnel .
