Service for troops is the essential task, and the fundamental starting point and the foothold of construction and development for military hospitals. To do better on service and security for troops in the hospitals of PLA, our hospital focuses on education leading to condensate consensus , taking several measures to promote de-velopment, providing visiting service to show concern and love to troops , which enhance the enthusiasm of serving troops, cultivate the custom of service and support , and effectively improve the quality of visiting service .%为部队服务是军队医院的根本任务，也是其建设发展的根本出发点和落脚点。本文介绍某院着力从坚持教育引领凝共识、多措并举促发展、倾心保障送关爱等三方面入手，提高大家为部队服务的热情，养成良好服务保障习惯，有效提升上门服务保障质量，从而切实做好为部队服务保障工作。
