全军泌尿外科护理示范基地的实践与评价

摘要

Objective To summarize the experience from the Urological Nursing Demonstration Base of PLA and further promote the cultivation of urological nurse specialists.Methods We evaluated all the participants’ clinical nursing, teaching and science research ability in the Urological Nursing Demonstration Base of PLA 2014. Results After finishing their training in the Urological Nursing Demonstration Base of PLA, the participants got higher test scores in the theory test than they did before(P <0.05).62.5% of the participants got the level of ex-cellence in the tests of clinical nursing skills.Conclusion The support from related department was the prerequi-site of the effects of the training in the Urological Nursing Demonstration Base of PLA and the high -level teaching faculty guaranteed the achievement of the training.The performance and timely feedback of the participants was the key to better the training methods.%目的：总结全军泌尿外科护理示范基地实践经验，提升泌尿外科专科护士培养水平。方法对2014年来院实训的学员进行临床护理、教学、科研能力综合评估。结果经过护理示范基地培训的学员，其理论成绩明显高于培训前水平（P＜0.05），护理技能考核优秀率达62.2％。结论各个部门的大力支持是保证全军泌尿外科护理示范基地培训效果的前提，专业的师资队伍是取得培训成果的保障，学员的考评与及时反馈是改进培训方法的关键。
