微信公众平台在门诊就医流程中的优化

         

摘要

Objective To investigate the application of WeChat public platform in the optimization of outpatient medical treatment.Methods After the establishment of "Shanghai Changhai Hospital" WeChat public platform, the functions of appointment registration, mobile payment, inspection and inspection results query, real-time information query, health reading were then integrated into the platform.The number of public use of this WeChat public platform was analyzed, and then was compared with other treatment methods.In the outpatient clinic, patients were randomly assigned to treatment group and WeChat group(n=200 per group).The visiting time of the two groups was compared.Results The WeChat public platform simplified the treatment process, and improved the patient time utilization.The number of outpatient clinics through the appointment of WeChat public increased monthly.The time spent on patients in the registration, payment, reports were significantly reduced in patients with application of WeChatplatform.Conclusion The WeChat public platform changes the traditional mode of medical treatment, turning humane and intelligent medical environment into a reality.With the promotion of the concept of online medical treatment, the application of internet terminal for medical treatment will be the future trend of medical development.%目的 了解微信公众平台在优化门诊就医流程中的应用.方法 建立"上海长海医院"微信公众平台,在该平台实现预约挂号、移动支付、检验检查结果查询、就诊信息实时查询、健康阅读等功能.统计该微信公众号使用量,并与其他就诊方式进行对照.在门诊随机抽取现场挂号就诊患者200名及微信公众号就诊患者200名,将患者分为现场就诊组及微信平台组,比较两组患者就诊时间.结果 本院微信公众平台简化就诊流程,提升患者时间利用率.门诊通过微信公众号进行预约就诊并付费的数量在用后实现每个月的递增.应用微信平台就诊的患者在挂号、缴费、取报告中花费时间显著减少.结论 微信公众平台实现患者从院外到院内,再从院内至院外移动就医的全流程闭环信息化,改变传统的就医模式,让人性化、智能化的就医环境成为现实.随着互联网医疗概念的不断推广,应用互联网终端进行就诊治疗必将是医疗发展的大趋势.
