军队中小医院建设实践

摘要

目的 探讨随着医疗保障体制改革不断深入,国防和军队改革迅速推进,军队中小医院健康有序发展.方法 通过现场调查、测评问卷、座谈讨论、数据统计、综合分析等方法,对军队中小医院建设现状、面临困难、存在优势进行归纳总结,提出推进医院发展的建议.结果 军队中小医院面临着国家医疗体制改革、军队体制编制调整、自身建设水平不高等诸多压力,但也有自身特有的优势,医疗体制改革与体制编制调整同时带来新的契机.结论 通过突出姓军为兵宗旨,优化学科技术体系,加强硬件人才建设,严格医疗管理规范,打造优化品牌内涵,营造拴心留人环境,军队中小医院仍可健康有序发展.%Objective This thesis discussed how do the middle and small military hospitals achieve a healthy and orderly development,with the deepening of medical insurance system reforms and the rapid progression of national defense and military reform.Methods Through the methods of field investigation,questionnaire,informal discussion,data statistics,comprehensive analysis and so on,this thesis summed up the current situation of the middle and small military hospitals' construction,and the difficulties and the advantages they are facing,then,it put forward suggestions for the further development of the hospitals.Results The middle and small military hospitals are under the pressure of medical insurance system reforms,the reforms of the military and also the insufficient level of self-construction.However,they also have their distinctive advantages,while the medical insurance system and the military reform provides new opportunities for these hospitals.Conclusion By stressing the principle of "military orientation and serving for army",optimizing the system of subject and technology,strengthening the construction of foundation and talents,promoting the standard of medical management,building the connotation of brand optimization the middle and small hospitals can still develop in a healthy and orderly way.
