目的 了解新疆住院患者对医院安全文化的认知,分析患者在认知上的影响因素及医院安全管理现状,为新疆医疗质量可持续改进和减少患者安全隐患和医患矛盾提供可行性路径、为加强医院安全文化建设提出改进措施和建议.方法 采用随机抽样的方法,从新疆某三级甲等医院临床科室中抽取446名患者进行问卷调查,利用SPSS 19.0进行描述性统计分析.结果 60％以上的患者知情情况反映医务人员告知不足、对医疗安全隐患认知不足,缺乏关注和主动性,患者安全教育和培训是患者认知和行为的主要影响因素.结论 医院加强安全文化制度建设,开展患者安全教育;利用各种宣传载体提升患者自我保护能力、提高患者安全意识.%Objective In order to ensure sustainable improvement on medical quality, reduce the hidden peril in the field of patients' safety, and to provide possible methods to mitigate the tension between doctors and patients in Xinjiang, this essay investigates patients' recognition of culture of hospital safety in Xinjiang and analyses the influencing factors of patients' recognition towards the matter, together with the current situation of safety management of hospitals in Xinjiang.Methods The essay employed a survey with a random sample of 446 patients, who are from various clinical departments of a tertiary hospital in Xinjiang, and adopted SPSS 19.0 to provide descriptive statistical analysis.Results It is suggested by 60％ of the candidates in the survey that patients generally lack recognition towards the hidden danger of medical safety.Not only do the patients lack attention and initiative on the subject, but the doctors also fail to provide sufficient information on medical safety.It is also indicated that whether or not patients receive training on medical safety affects their recognition and behavior.Conclusion Hospitals should improve system construction on culture of safety, and develop safety training programs for patients.They are also advised to utilize a variety of publicity means to publicize medical safety, so as to enhance patients' awareness of safety, as well as their ability of self-protection.
