The authors summarized the status of hospital science and technology evaluation , pointed out the problems in the evaluation of hospital science and technology , analyzed the connotation of scientific and technologi -cal innovation, and put forward the basic ideas and suggestions to improve the evaluation system of hospital science and technology.%总结归纳医院科技评价的现状，指出医院科技评价存在的问题，分析医院科技创新的内涵；在此基础上提出完善医院科技评价体系的基本思路和建议。
