目的 探讨基于人性化理论的母婴床旁护理对剖宫产产妇母乳喂养的影响.方法 选取2015年12月至2016年12月某院收治的剖宫产产妇100例,依据干预方法分为床旁组和常规组,每组50例,常规组给予常规护理干预,床旁组在此基础上给予基于人性化理论的母婴床旁护理干预.结果 床旁组母乳喂养知识和技能掌握率明显高于常规组,床旁组喂养不良事件发生率明显低于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);随访6个月期间,床旁组纯母乳喂养率和喂养时间明显高于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论 基于人性化理论的母婴床旁护理干预可有效提高剖宫产产妇母乳喂养知识和技能掌握程度,有利于提高产妇纯母乳喂养率,可有效减少喂养不良事件的发生,值得临床作进一步推广.%Objective To discuss the effect of maternal and infant bed nursing based on humanized theory for the breast feeding in puerperae with caesarean section.Methods 100 puerperae with caesarean section were se-lected from December 2015 to December 2017 in our hospital, according to the intervention method, all patients were divided into normal group and bedside group,50 cases in each group, and normal group was given routine nursing intervention,while bedside group was given maternal and infant bed nursing intervention based on human-ized theory.Results The breast-feeding knowledge and skill grasp rate of bedside group was significantly higher than that of normal group,and the adverse events rate of bedside group was significantly lower than that of normal group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).During the followed up period of 6 months,the exclu-sive breastfeeding rate and feeding time of bedside group were significantly higher than that of normal group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion Maternal and infant bed nursing intervention based on humanized theory can effectively increase the breastfeeding knowledge and skills in puerperae with caesar-ean section,which is beneficial to improve the exclusive breast feeding rate in puerperae,and it can effectively re-duce the occurrence of feeding adverse events. It is worth for further clinical promotion.
