标准化培训与代理医师教学应用

             

摘要

目的 对标准化培训与代理医师方法在消化内科实习带教中的应用效果进行研究及分析.方法 选取某院消化内科带教学生作为本次的研究对象(2016年10月17日至2017年3月17日),依据带教模式对其进行划分,其中进行传统教学的学生作为A组,于传统教学基础上实施标准化培训与代理医师方法教学的学生作为B组,各50例,并将2组学生经相应教学干预后的问诊技能评分、道德风范评分、病例分析评分、体验技能评分及成绩优良率进行对比.结果 B组学生的问诊技能评分为(82.63 ± 6.13)分,病例分析评分为(80.45 ± 7.25)分,体验技能评分为(80.55 ± 6.82)分及道德风范评分为(82.58 ± 6.88)分,均高于A组,P<0.05,且考核优良率为100.00%,显著较A组高,P<0.05.结论 标准化培训与代理医师方法在消化内科实习带教中的应用效果显著,可提高学生的各项技能,值得在临床中推广实施.%Objective To study and analyze the application effects of standardized training and locum doc-tors in the clinical teaching of the Department of Digestive Medicine. Methods The students of the Department of Digestive Medicine were selected as the subject of this study(from October 17,2016 to March 17,2017) and di-vided into Group A and Group B according to different teaching modes, with 50 students in each group. Group A were taught with traditional teaching methods, while Group B were taught with traditional teaching methods plus standardized training and locum doctors teaching methods. Then, scores of inquiry skills, morality, case analysis and experience skills and rates of excellent performance of the two groups after the adoption of different teaching modes were compared. Results The scores of inquiry skills, case analysis, experience skills and morality of Group B were(82.63 ± 6.13),(80.45 ± 7.25),(80.55 ± 6.82),and(82.58 ± 6.88) respectively,all higher than those of Group A(P<0.05),and the rate of excellent performance of Group B was 100%,which is signifi-cantly higher than that of Group A (P<0.05). Conclusion The application of standardized training and locum doctors teaching has shown remarkable practical effects in the clinical teaching of the Department of Digestive Medi-cine,which can improve various skills of students,and thus is worthy of implementation in clinical teaching.
