综合性医院儿科科技创新路径

摘要

综合性医院儿科在医疗、教学、科研等方面的发展实力相对其他学科较弱,而儿科的建设、医疗服务质量和综合实力提升都离不开科技创新.科技创新能够保证综合性医院儿科具有持续核心发展竞争力,以科技创新为前提的成果转化、临床研究、病例总结、医疗技术改进等都将促进儿科学科的长远发展.文章就科技创新在综合性医院儿科学科建设路径中的作用进行探索,为医院发展建设提供新思路.%Compared with other departments,pediatrics in general hospitals show relatively weaker devel-opmental strength in medical care,teaching,and scientific research,while the construction of pediatrics,the qual-ity of medical services and the improvement of overall strength are inseparable from technological innovation. Scien-tific and technological innovation can ensure that the pediatrics in general hospitals have sustainable core develop-ment competitiveness. The achievement transformation, clinical research, case summary and medical technology improvement based on scientific and technological innovation will promote the long-term development of the pedi-atric department. This article explores the role of scientific and technological innovation in the construction approa-ches of pediatrics in general hospitals and provides new insights for hospital development and construction.
