我军远程医疗的发展和存在的问题及其对策

Our tele-medicine start late, but it develops fast. Until 1999, we have had 170 consult centers, stations and terminals, 80％ of them have opened and have won social and economic profit. But problems remain on communication, consulting software and consulting management. More attention should be paid on the construction and completing of our tele-medicine net. We should improve the management of our consulting work, promote our software development and our technique update, as to ensure the health development of our tele-medicine work.%我军远程医疗起步较晚，但发展较快。到1999年已展开会诊中心、站点、终端1 70个，87％已开通，取得一定的社会、经济效益。但在通信、会诊软件开发和会诊管理上还存在一定问题。建议要统一规划和完善全军远程医疗会诊网的建设；加强远程医疗会诊工作的宏观管理；加强软硬件开发和技术保障，以使我军远程医疗工作健康发展。
