食用菌液体菌种生产研究进展

摘要

Based on analyzing advantage of promoting the production of edible fungus with strain in liquid, introduced the application status of edible fungus strain in liquid in China. The countermeasures of promoting edible fungus strain in liquid production in North China were put forward, including exploration of training mode with multi channel , establishing bases of promotion and demonstration. Then, the popularizing prospect of edible fungus strain in liquid was prospected.%在分析推广食用茵液体菌种生产食用菌优势的基础上，介绍了食用菌液体茵种在我国的应用现状，提出了促进我国北方食用菌液体菌种生产的对策，包括探索多渠道培养模式、建立推广示范基地等，并展望了食用茵液体菌种的推广前景。
