惯性释放原理在1000t运梁车车体结构分析中的应用

         

摘要

介绍了1 000 t轮胎式低位运梁车的功能和结构组成.为了获得较为合理的运梁车车体应力分布与动力学响应, 通过对运梁车受力特点分析并结合板壳有限元理论, 建立运梁车车体的板壳单元有限元计算模型, 将其与惯性释放原理相结合, 对车架的强度刚度以及动力学特性进行分析计算.计算结果表明, 采用惯性释放法对车体结构进行计算可以消除约束点反力造成的应力集中, 并且在忽略结构复杂的边界下能够有效获得结构动力学特性.对车体的结构设计与改进提供了更加合理的分析与评估.%The paper introduces the function and structure of the 1 000 t tire type low girder transporting vehicle. In order to obtain a more reasonable stress distribution and dynamic response of the girder transporting vehicle body, the ?nite element model of the girder transporting vehicle body is established by analyzing the stress characteristics of the girder transporting vehicle and combining with the ?nite element theory of the plate shell, which is combined with the inertia release principle to analyze and calculate the strength, stiffness and dynamic characteristics of the frame. The calculation results show that the inertia release method can eliminate the stress concentration caused by the reaction force as the restraint point, and can effectively obtain the structural dynamic characteristics while ignoring the complex boundary of the structure. It provides a more reasonable analysis and evaluation for the structural design and improvement of the vehicle body.
