双幅大吨位箱梁架运成套设备总体方案及关键技术

         

摘要

The complete set of equipment for erection and transportation for double-width large-tonnage box girders is used for transporting and erecting 40m/1300t prefabricated box girders of the Sanmenwan Cross-sea Bridge.Four vehicles are used to transport the double-width large-tonnage box girders, and the girder erecting machine moves the girders in place in the air by longitudinal travelling through holes.The beam transport vehicle adopts synchronous control system and technical principle, flexible closed-loop control to realize dynamic balance of speed and posture among multiple vehicles, and solve the technical problem of inaccurate synchronization of multiple vehicle groups in the existing technology;the bridge erecting machine creatively adopts the design of anti-rail gnawing traveling wheel train and semi-rigid supporting wheel set structure, which respectively solves the technical problem of uneven load distribution inside and outside the rail gnawing traveling wheel of the lifting trolley and the supporting leg supporting wheel.The transportation and erection of all box girders of the Sanmenwan Cross-sea Bridge have been completed safely with this set of equipment, and its research results are of great significance for improving the research and development level of domestic highway and railway construction machinery.%双幅大吨位箱梁架运成套设备用于三门湾跨海大桥40m/1300t预制箱梁的运输与架设,采用4车协同跨双幅箱梁运梁,架桥机空中移梁就位,步履式过孔的作业方式.运梁车采用同步控制系统及技术原理,柔性闭环控制,实现多车之间的速度和姿态动态平衡,解决了现有技术多车组同步性不精准的技术难题;架桥机创造性地采用防啃轨行走轮系和半刚性托轮组结构的设计,分别解决了起重小车行走啃轨和支腿托轮内外侧载荷分配不均的技术难题.该套设备已安全完成三门湾跨海大桥所有箱梁的运输与架设,其研究成果对提升国内公路、铁路施工机械研发水平有着重要意义.
