桥式起重机主梁端部剪应力的有限元计算与测试分析

摘要

应用有限元分析程序,对桥式起重机主梁端部剪应力进行计算分析,研究了桥式起重机剪应力的分布规律.在介绍桥式起重机剪应力测试方法的基础上,对实测结果和有限元计算结果进行了对比分析,其结果对桥式起重机的优化设计具有重要意义.%With the finite element analysis method, the paper calculates and analyzes the bridge crane girder end shear stress, and studies the shear stress distribution laws. On the basis of introducing the shear stress testing method of bridge crane, the paper compares and analyzes the experimental results and finite element analysis results, and the conclusions are of great significance for the optimization design of the bridge crane.
