在役起重机金属结构载荷统计分析及分项系数的确定

         

摘要

通过在起重机上安装远程在线实时动态监测系统,得到实际工作载荷数据,对载荷数据作统计分析,用工程结构设计中提出的完全可靠性法确定分项系数.由可靠指标的几何意义构造虚拟极限状态曲面得到分离系数,利用分离函数从可靠指标公式中分离出各分项系数,建立分项系数与载荷、抗力统计值和目标可靠指标的关系式,明确指出影响分项系数取值的各因素.通过算例验证了所述方法的正确性,研究结果为我国起重机相关标准的进一步完善提供一定的理论依据.%Via the installation of crane remote on-line real-time dynamic monitoring system, the paper acquires the actual work load data, applies the statistical analysis on the load data, and determines the partial coefficient with the method of complete reliability proposed in the structure design. The paper obtains the separation coefficient through virtual limit state surface constructed by the geometric meaning of reliable indicators, separate the partial coefficients from the reliable index formula using the separation coefficients, establishes the relationships of the partial coefficients and the load as well the resistance statistical values and the reliable indicators of objectives, clearly points out various coefficients which influence the values of partial coefficients. Moreover, the paper verifies the correctness of the described methods with examples,and its findings provide a theoretical basis for the further improvement of relevant standards for crane in China.
