百米定尺长轨条焊接生产线起重运输设备能耗分析

摘要

对百米定尺500 m长轨条生产线改造工程中驱动能耗进行研究,对比分析了3套新型平移装置交直流驱动性能和能耗的差异,并针对目前纵向交流纵向驱动,提出更节能的直流驱动改造方案.%The paper studies the energy consumption for drive during the reconstruction work of production line which welds 100 m rails into 500 m long rail, compares and analyzes the differences regarding the AC and DC drive performance and energy consumption of three new-typed translational devices, and puts forth more energy-efficient AC drive rehabilitation programs.
