: During the design of the aisle SRM, the attention is paid to the effect of track irregularity on its performance. According to the relationship between power spectrum density and random track irregularity, numerical simulation is performed for track irregularity based on Blackman-Tukey, and the simulation value is led into the finite element model of the SRM, with the top vibration displacement diagram and bottom stress diagram of the upright, as well as the vibration displacement diagram of elevating table worked out in different grades of irregularity and at different speeds. The track grading power spectrum represents the virtual track irregularity, which provides guidance to the design of the aisle SRM.%在巷道堆垛机设计过程中,考虑了轨道高低不平顺对其性能的影响.根据功率谱密度与轨道随机不平顺的关系,基于Blackman-Tukey对轨道不平顺进行数值模拟,将模拟值导入堆垛机的有限元模型中,在不同等级不平顺和不同速度作用下,得出立柱顶端振动位移图、底端应力图和载货台的振动位移图.借助轨道等级功率谱再现虚拟轨道不平顺对巷道堆垛机的设计具有指导意义.
