给出了移动带式输送机处于不同倾角时变幅机构受力分析的方法及计算过程,求出了电动推杆驱动输送机变幅所需的拉力.以Pro/E为平台建立了变幅机构右侧支架的三维实体模型,并导入Ansys对其进行分析,根据Ansys分析结果,以强度和刚度为指标,对结构进行优化,可为移动带式输送机变幅机构的设计提供参考.%The paper presents a force analysis method and calculation process of luffing mechanism with the movable belt conveyor in different angles, and works out the tensile force required for driving conveyor's luffing mechanism by the e-lectrical pushrod. With Pro/E as a platform, the 3D solid model for the right bracket of luffing mechanism is established, which is analyzed by being imported into Ansys. Based on the Ansys analysis results, the structure is optimized with strength and stiffness as indexes, to provide reference for design of luffing mechanism of movable belt conveyor.
