基于ADAMS的门座起重机钢丝绳动力学仿真

摘要

Considering the distribution features of wire ropes of portal crane, the method of combining the discretization modeling and Polyline modeling is introduced in this paper. The simulation test shows winding of wire ropes can be simulated by the method, which features higher simulation efficiency and can truthfully reflects the impact of vibration on system.%根据门座起重机钢丝绳的分布特点,采用离散化建模和Polyline建模相结合的方式,经过模拟测试,这种方法能实现钢丝绳的缠绕行为,提高仿真效率,真实地反映振动对系统的影响.
