汽车起重机支腿反力简化计算方法与实验验证

         

摘要

During the crane truck outrigger reaction calculation, a view of taking both frame beam torsional deformation and outrigger bending deformation into consideration is put forward, and based on this, crane outrigger reactive force calculation model is built. The experimental verification shows that the calculation model given in the paper can reflect the amplitude and changing regularity of outrigger reactive force better, and provide a theoretical basis for follow-up experiments and structural optimization.%在汽车起重机支腿反力计算中,提出了必须同时考虑车架大梁扭转变形和支腿弯曲变形的观点,并据此建立了起重机支腿反力计算模型.通过实验验证,表明文中给出的计算模型能较好地反映支反力的幅值与变化规律,为后续的实验和结构优化提供了理论依据.
