机液一体式大型履带强夯机的研制

摘要

The key problem regarding the technical bottleneck faced during application of the dynamic compactor is tackled.The low-cost high-efficient mechanical-liquid integrated dynamic compactor fit for the specific construction condi-tions of the dynamic compactor is developed in the principle of high-intelligence, high-reliability and low energy-consump-tion for high-end equipment as specified in“Twelfth Five-year” Planning.The test shows that the new product can quickly and effectively realize construction work of the dynamic compactor, and provide higher reliability and stability than other products of the same industry, hence to improve the performance of whole machine and operating efficiency of the system.%　　针对强夯机的使用过程中所面临的技术瓶颈进行技术攻关，依据“十二五”规划中对高端装备提出的高智能性、高可靠性与低能耗的指导原则，开发出符合强夯具体施工工况的低成本、高性能的机液一体式强夯机。试验证明，该产品能够快速有效地实现强夯机的施工作业，在与同行业的产品相比下，设备的可靠性、稳定性更为出色，从而提高整机的性能，提高系统运行效率。
