U形梁架桥机的总体设计

摘要

The paper presents the work features, overall structure, main parameters, work flow, as well as stress a-nalysis and calculation results under main working conditions of U-girder bridge-erecting machine manufactured for Shanghai Rail Traffic Line 11 Contract 2 by Huazhong Road-Bridge Equipment Co. , Ltd. The main characteristic of such machines is its low total height, which allows the machine to pass from under the overpass ramp and high-voltage lines. For the purpose of lowering the total height, a series of specific methods are adopted during the design. It provides certain reference for the design of bridge-erecting machines in similar cases.%阐述了华中路桥为上海市轨道交通11号线2标研制的双线并置U形梁架桥机的工作特点、总体结构、主要参数、作业流程及主要工况的受力分析与计算结果等.该架桥机的主要特点是整体高度很低,以便能够下穿立交匝道和高压线,为了实现降低总高度这一目的,在设计过程中采取了一系列巧妙方法,这些方法可为以后其他类似情况的架桥机设计提供借鉴.
