交流磁场检测技术基础问题的仿真分析

         

摘要

The AC field measurement technology (ACFM) is a new kind of electromagnetic testing method in recent years,which is used to perform early evaluation for damages of metal components through field disturbance caused by cracks on the surface of pieces under test,representing a major future development trend of the nondestructive testing field.The paper analyzes the fundamental principle of AC field measurement,with the simulation model built based on the finite element technology.According to ACFM simulation study,the correspondence between testing signal characteristics and size parameters of cracks on test-pieces is researched,as well as the effect of detecting frequency,lifting height,and material features (such as permeability and conductivity) and other factors on the detection sensitivity,with some critical conclusions worked out,providing a basis for deep research and wide application of the detecting technology.%交流电磁场检测技术(ACFM)是近几年兴起的一种新型电磁检测方法,是通过检测工件表面由裂纹引起的磁场扰动来实现对金属构件损伤的早期评定,代表着无损检测领域未来的主要发展方向。分析了交流场检测的基本原理,建立了有限元技术的仿真模型。在ACFM仿真研究的基础上,研究了检测信号特征与试件裂纹尺寸参数的对应关系。探索了检测频率、提离高度以及工件材料特性(如磁导率和电导率)等因素对检测灵敏度的影响。得到一系列重要的研究结论,为该检测技术的深入研究和广泛应用提供了依据。
